I'll stamp all over 'credible boxer' Paul - Anthony Joshua
The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight round contest which will be shown in real-time on Netflix.
British boxer Anthony Joshua said he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "break" the American as the pair came face-to-face to promote next month's bout.
Former twice world title holder Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami venue on 19 December.
Boxer's Mentality
"I plan to break his face and damage his physique. My goal is to show my superiority," Joshua, 35 years old, stated.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I will really want to hurt him. That's my goal."
Civil Exchange
Despite those words, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically famous for his theatrics - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul instead attacked former Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian declined a fight offer.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, criticized British rival Tyson Fury - and refused a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is better than Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of declaring he will punish Paul, Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he remarked.
Jake Paul's Background
Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mainly fought MMA fighters or faded names since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.

Nevertheless, the novice continues to be one of boxing's largest financial successes, consistently making massive earnings.

The 28 year old predicted a stoppage in rounds four or five and stated he would derail the much-anticipated Joshua–Fury fight, which is reportedly in the works for 2026.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul stated.
